At Concord PC & A, we have expanded our project controls support to offer two distinct options. In addition to the traditional model of providing full-time on-site support staff, we now have a convenient on-demand model. This new offering caters to companies that do not require a full-time controls person but still collaborate with larger organizations that expect meticulous schedules, forecasts, and reports.

 

Even though the packages offer a relatively low number of hours, our team can accomplish significant work within those hours. With this model, you only pay for the actual working time.
